In 2023, Exergy3 was granted £3.6M from the UK Government’s Department of Energy Security and Net Zero to build a full-scale prototype that will decarbonise the distillation process at Annandale Distillery.
We are delivering this project and are on track for the distillery to start producing low-carbon whisky in 2025. Read more about it in the Financial Times here.
